Arrived within 1.5 week. Sad part I was not able to use until I made another purchase thru reliable Amazon be able to plug it into an normal outlet, and add’l cost. I specifically stated U.S. and tried to amicably ask the seller for resolution -crickets. Got it to work for 1 minute simply stated not real instructions how to program this complex product.
I have already bought two of these, this is the third and it really is very good. The app works which makes programming much easier.

I write to you very good day since the diffuser turns on but does not dispense the oil, check it in every way and nothing I should do
Machine works great it came with a European plug so had to get an adapter for US plugs. The app does not work on newer iPhones it won’t even open on my 15 pro max but did open on my android phone but couldn’t get the app to find the device. So have to do all of the manual settings. Instruction card is crap it would be nice to be able to turn off the beep and the dim the lights on the info panel. One thing the manual doesn’t tell you is to press the mode button for 5-10seconds to let the machine run a cycle once you put your oil in. You do not mix oils with water. You do need to buy oil meant for diffusers
I’ll say yes… The device works correctly and super. Nicely sprays essential oil and YES! The oil must be 100% natural! We do NOT dilute with water. We pour the oil into the bottle which is in the device and we can enjoy the smell. The application we support is very convenient and easy to use. We can set what days the device is to work, what times, how many seconds of spraying and how many seconds of gap between sprays. I recommend the most!
